•When counting TAT, holidays & weekends do not count! Business days only.

•TAT is always ESTIMATED please keep in mind delays can happen! 

•Turnaround time starts ON the closing date.

•Turnaround time is the estimated time it will take the product to arrive to us from the closing date! This does not mean the TAT to you. Please keep in mind, we still have to sort & package up.
